The University of California - San Francisco is looking for a mid-level Service Desk analyst to provide desktop support at various UCSF Medical Center locations. This position requires 3+ years of IT support experience, proficiency in Windows and Mac systems, and strong communication skills.

The successful candidate will resolve customer requests via phone and email, manage support tickets in Service Now, and mentor junior staff. A bachelor's degree or equivalent training is preferred.
