• Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, secure imaging/provisioning, global distribution, and end‑of‑life decommissioning.
• Administer the fleet of corporate laptops (macOS and Windows) using mobile device management (MDM) platform.
• Administer core business SaaS applications such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, and Okta.
• Leverage AI tooling and scripting to automate repetitive IT operational tasks and enhance Level 1 support triage and resolution.
• Serve as the escalation point for the Level 1 support team. Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
• Develop and maintain runbooks for troubleshooting support requests and provide training to Level 1 support technicians.
• Assist in gathering evidence and generating reports for internal and external audits.

• At least 2 years of experience in an IT analyst or systems administrator type role.
• Experience administering major identity providers (e.g., Okta, Entra) and SaaS productivity suites (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
• Hands‑on experience managing and securing corporate endpoints using modern MDM platforms such as Microsoft Intune and Kandji.
• Deep troubleshooting knowledge of modern operating systems (macOS, Windows 11) within a managed corporate environment.
• Familiarity with infrastructure‑as‑code concepts and tools like Terraform is desirable.
• Understanding of modern corporate networking principles, including Wi‑Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and Zero‑Trust concepts.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, Power Shell, Bash) to automate IT administration tasks, generate reports, or integrate systems via APIs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent practical experience.

* This position offers a base salary range of $115,000 to $145,000 annually.
