What

You'll Do
  • Analyze large and complex spend datasets to identify trends, cost‑saving opportunities, and actionable business insights.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting, dashboards, and analytics that provide visibility into sourcing performance, supplier metrics, savings, and spend.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams including Sourcing, Finance, and business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver meaningful analytical solutions.
  • Transform complex data into executive‑ready presentations, dashboards, and visual storytelling that support strategic decision making.
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of scalable data infrastructure to improve data quality, accessibility, and reporting efficiency.
  • Manage recurring reporting processes, including spend reporting, savings tracking, supplier diversity reporting, and other operational metrics.
  • Conduct ad‑hoc analyses to support sourcing initiatives, executive business reviews, and special projects.
  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve sourcing processes through data‑driven solutions.
  • Promote best practices in data governance, dashboard design, reporting standards, and analytics across the sourcing organization.
  • Continuously evaluate reporting tools and processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and business insights.
What You'll Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, sourcing operations, procurement analytics, supply chain, finance, or a related analytical field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, Pivot Tables, data analysis, and macros.
  • Experience building dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Knowledge of sourcing, procurement, supplier management, and strategic sourcing processes.
  • Experience with sourcing and procurement systems such as Coupa, Zip, SpendHQ, Per Angusta, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate insights to executive and cross‑functional audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across functions.
  • Passion for data visualization, dashboard design, and using analytics to drive business decisions.

What You’ll Get:

The annual base salary range for this position is $89.000,00- $99.000,00. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non‑discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job.

Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses. This job will be posted for a minimum offivedays.
