Founded in 2019, TFH has more than 400 people across hardware, software, AI, cryptography, mobile engineering, and global operations. The Device organization is responsible for designing, building, manufacturing, and operating the hardware products that power the World network.

We work across Industrial Design, User Experience, Hardware Engineering, Device Software, AI, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Market Operations, Privacy, Security, Legal, Finance, and Support to deliver products that millions of people interact with around the world.

The Device Product team defines what we build and why. We translate company strategy, user needs, operational realities, and technical constraints into a clear product direction that aligns teams around the highest-impact opportunities. We partner closely with UX Design, which owns how the experience works, and Industrial Design, which shapes the physical expression of the product.

We are looking for a Head of Product, Devices to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Tools for Humanity's device portfolio.

You will lead the Device Product function and be responsible for defining the products we build, the problems we solve, the users we serve, and the outcomes we measure. You'll work across every stage of the product lifecycle—from early concept and product definition through manufacturing, launch, and continuous improvement in the field.

This role sits at the intersection of hardware, software, AI, industrial design, manufacturing, privacy, security, and global operations. Success requires balancing long-term product vision with practical execution, making thoughtful tradeoffs, and bringing cross-functional teams together around a shared direction.

• Define the long-term product vision and roadmap for TFH's device portfolio, including future hardware platforms, accessories, operator experiences, and adjacent product opportunities.

• Translate company strategy, customer insights, operational learnings, technical constraints, manufacturing realities, and business objectives into a clear product strategy.

• Own product direction across the full hardware lifecycle—from concept exploration through architecture, development, validation, manufacturing, launch, and in-field iteration.
