We are building a generational brand with World – one of the leading projects in the age of AI. We’re not just aiming to join the ranks of iconic tech companies; we’re building something the world hasn’t seen before. That’s why we’re looking for someone who not only brings deep experience but is excited to help invent a new kind of design practice, without a blueprint.

We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who can craft intuitive, high‑quality digital experiences across our ecosystem, with a primary focus on web (90%) and product design (10%). You’ll operate at the intersection of brand, marketing, and digital, combining systems thinking, interaction design, and exceptional visual craft to create everything from high‑traffic websites to bespoke digital and product experiences. As AI becomes a core part of our design practice, we’re looking for someone who sees it not as a feature, but as a creative and production partner—using it to dramatically accelerate ideation, exploration, iteration, prototyping, and execution while maintaining an uncompromising standard of quality.

You’re excited to help define what an AI‑native design practice looks like, where human judgment and craft are amplified by emerging tools to produce better work, faster.

You are a strong communicator and collaborator who can translate complex ideas into elegant, user‑centered experiences. You care deeply about craft and hold a high bar for quality, while also bringing an “afterburner on” mindset – moving fast, iterating quickly and doing whatever it takes to get great experiences live.

This role reports to the Head of Brand Design and collaborates frequently with the Global Web Content Lead. Based in San Francisco, in‑office minimum 4 days per week.

What You’ll Do
  • Design and evolve multiple high‑traffic websites across the World, World Foundation and Tools for Humanity brands – designing website UI/UX and interaction design end‑to‑end.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes and high‑fidelity designs that deliver clear, intuitive and engaging web experiences.
