Responsibilities:
- Maintain and sustain current products in the Linux kernel streaming module, build environment/toolchain, and hardware platform.
- Perform performance tuning in the Linux TCP/IP stack, file system, hard disks, flash SSD, and code optimization for multi‑core systems.
- Develop kernel modules and support various teams on kernel extensions.
- Maintain and upgrade the Linux kernel and Linux distribution used in current products.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years hands‑on experience in Linux internals, kernel module, networking, and/or file system development; at least 5 years overall real‑time OS and/or kernel experience.
- Proficiency in C programming.
- Expertise in at least three areas of the Linux kernel such as IP networking, SMP, process management, I/O subsystem, performance analysis, file systems, memory management, booting sequence, or Linux distribution.
- Strong background in software design, documentation, and implementation.
- Effective teamwork and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with IT projects and system administration tasks for Linux (and optional Windows) environments.
- Support customers and provide technical assistance.
- Maintain infrastructure using configuration management tools and monitoring systems.
Requirements:
- At least 1–3 years of experience in Linux/UNIX system administration.
- Knowledge of Apache and MySQL administration.
- Understanding of core protocols and technologies such as TCP/IP, HTTP, SMTP, DNS.
- Experience with configuration‑management tools (Puppet, Chef, CFEngine) and monitoring/trending tools (Nagios, Ganglia).
- Strong scripting skills in common Linux scripting languages.
- Familiarity with best practices related to security, performance, and disaster recovery.
- Excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Teach specific Linux topics during classes.
- Create new course content as needed.
- Provide technical help to students before and after class.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Linux system administration.
- Interest in teaching and course material creation.
- Expertise in Linux networking and administration.
Responsibilities:
- Research, design, implement, unit test, debug, document, and maintain code for client and server components related to image manipulation and packaging of software and SDKs.
- Collaborate closely with developers, QA testers, artists, and photographers to build a high‑quality robust platform.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science.
- Strong knowledge and experience in C and C++ with object‑oriented programming techniques.
- Hands‑on experience with graphics/imaging systems such as Image Magick and 2D/3D graphics APIs.
- Knowledge of internal structures of image files.
- Ability to understand and extend the software architecture and interface design of components in a large code base.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills; ability to explain complex technical subject matter to developers and non‑technical stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Experience developing and maintaining SDKs or libraries for third‑party developers.
