Job Title: Oracle Fusion Cost Management (Costing Cloud) Functional Consultant
Location: Bay Area, CA Work Mode: Onsite (4 Days a Week)
Duration: 1 Year (Contract)

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cost Management (Costing Cloud) Functional Consultant to join our client's team in the Bay Area, CA. In this role, you will lead functional discussions, work directly with business stakeholders, and drive the implementation and support of Costing and Manufacturing modules.

Key Responsibilities- Lead & Implement: Drive Oracle Fusion Cost Management implementation, configuration, and support activities.
- Solution Design: Gather business requirements, conduct gap analysis, and prepare comprehensive functional design documents (FDDs).
- Hands‑on Configuration: Configure Cost Management, Inventory, and Manufacturing modules.
- Financial Integrity: Support inventory valuation, cost accounting distributions, and troubleshoot complex period‑close/month‑end activities.
- Testing & Training: Conduct Conference Room Pilots (CRP), System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), alongside delivery of end‑user training.
- Collaboration: Partner with technical teams on FBDI data loads, conversions, and reporting requirements.
Skills & Qualifications
- Oracle Fusion Costing Expertise: Deep hands‑on experience with Cost Organizations, Cost Books, Cost Accounting Distributions, and Cost Rollup/Scenarios.
- Costing Methodologies: Strong proficiency in Standard, Average, and Actual Costing, as well as Receipt Accounting.
- Manufacturing Integration: Proven experience with Oracle Fusion Manufacturing (Work Definition & Work Execution) and its integration with Inventory and Cost Management.
- Data Migration: Experience handling data conversions utilizing FBDI data loads.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with a proven track record of interfacing directly with business users to deliver functional solutions.
- Experience with Oracle Product Management (PDH/PIM).
- Familiarity with Oracle Supply Chain Cloud implementations or OPM Costing.
- Knowledge of Oracle Reporting tools (
OTBI / BIP
). - Exposure to the new Redwood UI
.
- Demonstrated Oracle Fusion Cost Management implementation experience.
- Core Manufacturing and Inventory integration experience.
- Must be local to the Bay Area, CA or willing to work onsite 4-5 days per week.
