Langtech is looking for a Support Engineer to provide user support to clients in San Francisco and surrounding areas, both remotely and on-site. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in support engineering, knowledge of Microsoft products, and a desire for ongoing training.
This role requires building strong client relationships, troubleshooting Microsoft products, and working creatively within the Langtech team to solve complex problems. Strong networking skills and familiarity with VMware and Cisco technologies are preferred.
