About The Role

The Digital Marketing Specialist manages growth-focused digital marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, pipeline growth, and brand visibility. This role is responsible for the execution, optimization, and measurement of paid acquisition channels, organic search visibility, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) efforts.

Operating at the intersection of data and creative strategy, this position collaborates with content creators, design teams, and web developers. The role focuses on scaling digital channels efficiently by leveraging modern marketing technology stacks and rigorous A/B testing frameworks to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Linked In Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and programmatic platforms to hit CPA and CAC targets.
  • Manage technical SEO and on‑page optimization strategies to increase organic search traffic and search engine results page (SERP) rankings.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive A/B testing roadmap for landing pages and ad creatives using Google Optimize, Optimizely, or similar tools.
  • Build and maintain multi-channel attribution models and performance dashboards in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Looker Studio, or Tableau to track full‑funnel conversion metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal creative teams to produce highly engaging, channel‑specific ad assets, copy, and landing pages that align with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly channel performance, managing budget allocation based on marginal customer acquisition cost and lifetime value (LTV) dynamics.
What We Are Looking For
  • 3-5 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience managing paid acquisition and SEO budgets within a B2B SaaS or high‑growth B2C technology company.
  • Expert‑level proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Linked In Campaign Manager, and SEO platforms like Semrush, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog.
  • Proven track record of managing a monthly ad spend budget of at least $30,000 while consistently meeting or exceeding CPA/ROAS targets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate datasets in Excel/Google Sheets and translate raw performance metrics into actionable strategic insights.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills with a history of executing complex cross‑functional marketing initiatives on time.
  • Bonus:
    Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, SQL, Webflow, or experience running programmatic DSP campaigns.
