We are looking for a customer‑centric and detail‑oriented Data Analyst II to join the Customer Reporting team. Reporting to the Director of Data Science and partnering with Product and Customer Success, you will deliver custom and standard reporting that demonstrates the impact of Spring Health to its customers.

This is a full‑time, hybrid role based in Spring’s San Francisco hub at 2 Embarcadero Center, with an expectation to be in the office 2 to 3 days per week. Periodic travel of up to 25% is expected for team collaboration and company events.

What You’ll Do
  • Deliver analyses and dashboards to customers and internal stakeholders, telling compelling stories about Spring Health’s impact
  • Dive into different data sources, quickly building expertise on what is possible, and developing creative solutions based on stakeholder needs
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and how we tell the story of their impact to customers
  • Collaborate with Product to inform how we evolve our customer data story and expand our standard suite of reporting
  • Surface opportunities to automate and scale commonly requested reports and data sets
  • Become an expert working with our data stack including Snowflake, Looker, dbt, and Hex

  • Customers and internal stakeholders are highly satisfied with the quality of work produced
  • Reports are reviewed for data consistency and data quality, earning stakeholder trust
  • Requests are completed in a timely manner while maintaining a high standard of quality
  • Idea contributions that reduce manually pulling data time
  • Dashboards and analyses deliver ongoing value to stakeholders
What You’ll Bring
  • Strong SQL skills and ability to query data across many sources
  • 3+ years of experience with data, data visualization, and dashboarding tools (Looker, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills and keen eye for detail
  • Focus on impact, delivering the most value for stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication skills, comfortable explaining technical concepts to non‑technical audiences
  • Humble, highly motivated, thrive in fast‑paced environments
  • Passion for navigating ambiguous problem areas and learning new approaches
  • Nice to have: experience with R; nice to have: experience with dbt
  • Passion for changing the face of mental health care and mission alignment with Spring Health
Compensation

Target base salary range: $125,000 - $142,000. It is part of a competitive total rewards package including benefits. Individual pay may vary and is determined by experience, location, internal pay equity, and other factors.
