Role Description

Data sits at the core of Biz Buy Sell ’s value—connecting buyer intent, listing quality, broker performance, traffic, and conversion outcomes across a complex multi‑side marketplace. We are searching for a full‑time Lead Data Analyst to join our team to act as the senior‑most individual contributor for analytics within the Biz Buy Sell  product organization. This role will own marketplace‑level analytics, define analytical standards, and drive insight that shapes product strategy, monetization, and broker success.

This is not a reporting‑only role. You will operate as an analytics strategist and architect, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Leadership to answer the most ambiguous and consequential questions facing the business. As we expand our use of AI both internally and in customer‑facing features, you will help assemble the datasets that power those capabilities. This position is located in San Francisco and is 5 days onsite.
