Join our Product Design team to create the next generation of AI-powered health coaching experiences. You'll design interfaces and interactions that make complex AI recommendations feel human, accessible, and actionable. This role requires a unique blend of UX expertise and understanding of AI/ML systems to create coaching experiences that truly empower users.
Responsibilities- Design user-centered AI coaching experiences across mobile and web platforms
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for AI interaction patterns
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to understand model capabilities and limitations
- Conduct user research and usability testing for AI coaching features
- Develop design systems and patterns for consistent AI interactions
- Work closely with product managers and engineers to implement designs
- Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design practices
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in digital health or AI products
- Portfolio demonstrating experience with AI/ML product design
- Proficiency in Figma, prototyping tools, and design systems
- Experience with user research methodologies and data-driven design
- Understanding of conversational UI and voice interface design
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
- Strong collaboration and presentation skills
- Experience designing healthcare or wellness applications
- Background in psychology, behavioral science, or health coaching
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and limitations
- Experience with motion design and micro-interactions
