We are seeking a Cadence Application Analyst to support scheduling, referral, and authorization workflows within the Epic platform. This role will lead analysis, configuration, and support activities for scheduling and referral-related initiatives while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver effective workflow solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities- Support and optimize MyChart self-scheduling workflows, including direct and open scheduling.
- Configure and maintain referral and authorization workflows, work queues, referral templates, and rule-based processes.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Collaborate with application teams to ensure integrated workflow design and functionality.
- Support system testing, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and ongoing enhancements.
- Participate in workflow design, process improvement, and implementation activities.
- Provide application support for scheduling, referral, and authorization functions.
- Experience supporting MyChart self-scheduling workflows, including direct scheduling and open scheduling.
- Experience supporting referral and authorization workflows, including work queues, referral templates, and complex rule configuration.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and workflow design skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience supporting application implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Experience supporting or building Ambulatory Orders workflows.
- Experience working within integrated healthcare application environments.
- Epic Referral & Authorization Certification (Required)
- Epic MyChart Certification (Required)
- Epic Cadence Certification (Preferred)
