Our client, a leading organization in the technology and cloud infrastructure sector, is seeking a dedicated and analytical Fin Ops Analyst to join their dynamic team. As a Fin Ops Analyst, you will support the Cloud Operations, Infrastructure Engineering, Finance, and Product teams by providing insights into cloud resource consumption, optimizing costs, and deploying innovative AI-driven planning solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a passion for continuous improvement, aligning seamlessly with the organization’s commitment to excellence and diversity.

What's the Job?
  • Analyze cloud resource consumption to identify cost‑saving opportunities and optimize infrastructure spending.
  • Support capacity planning initiatives to ensure scalable and efficient cloud operations.
  • Document and refine business processes related to cloud financial management and infrastructure planning.
  • Define requirements and validate AI agents and automation solutions through comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure data‑driven, cost‑efficient infrastructure decisions aligned with business priorities.
What's Needed?
  • 4–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Fin Ops Analyst, Infrastructure Analyst, Capacity Planning Analyst, or Cloud Operations Analyst.
  • Strong understanding of Fin Ops principles, cloud infrastructure, and technology cost management.
  • Hands‑on experience with UAT planning and execution.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
