Chef Robotics is seeking a Robotic Operations Engineer to be the first contact for customer issues at client sites. You’ll work from our SF office, triaging tickets via Slack, Teams, our web portal, email and phone; diagnosing remotely, deploying fixes, and escalating when needed.
You’ll collaborate with Systems Support and Applications Engineers, improve performance with the Customer Support Manager, and help develop new tasks for expanding at existing customers.
