Finance Systems Analyst – Billing, Revenue

Responsibilities

• Own and support Net Suite functionality across key areas such as GL, AP, AR, billing, and reporting, ensuring the system is reliable and aligned with business needs.
• Work closely with Accounting to understand current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and convert manual processes into system-driven solutions.
• Maintain and improve data integrity across finance systems by managing mappings (GL, vendors, cost centers) and resolving inconsistencies at the source.
• Support billing and revenue processes by ensuring correct system behavior, especially in areas like billing schedules, adjustments, and downstream revenue impact.
• Troubleshoot system and integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement scalable fixes rather than temporary workarounds.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Payroll, Rev Ops) to support finance-related system improvements and ensure smooth data flow across systems.

• 4–6+ years of experience working with Net Suite or similar ERP systems in a finance or systems-focused role.
• Strong understanding of accounting processes, including month-end close, AP/AR, and basic revenue concepts.
• Experience working with system integrations and data flows across finance tools (e.g., expense, procurement, payroll systems).
• Ability to translate business and accounting requirements into system configurations and improvements.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a focus on identifying root causes and implementing long-term solutions.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and collaborating with multiple stakeholders across finance and business teams.
