Desktop Support Analyst – San Francisco, CA

Brown Advisory is seeking a desktop support technician to provide onsite support at their San Francisco location. The successful candidate will be the sole IT technician serving 15 employees, delivering level1–2 technical support and escalating unresolved tickets to the Baltimore team. The role offers opportunities to learn business processes, give technology feedback, and proactively enhance service efficiency. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, imaging and upgrading devices in an Office
365 and Windows
10 environment, and providing face‑to‑face support.

• Customer‑oriented, with the ability to deliver high‑level support and training to employees at all levels and explain complex issues to a non‑technical audience.
• Self‑starter who responds promptly to operational tasks, identifies process improvement opportunities, and manages vendor visits.
• Natural problem solver able to analyze root causes, understand current setups, and propose improvements.
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfort with face‑to‑face support.
• Knowledge of Desktop, Windows
  10, Exchange, Office
  365, Active Directory, printer support, AV support, and imaging solutions.

Intermediate

Pay range: $35.00 – $38.00/hr.
