For our client, we are seeking a Senior Offensive Security Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.
Location:
San Francisco, CA. US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Compensation: $275,000 – $300,000 annually
Responsibilities- Define and execute the multi-year offensive security roadmap aligning with business priorities
- Establish and scale the company’s Offensive AI Security practice from the ground up
- Track and operationalize the evolving AI threat landscape into actionable intelligence
- Lead adversarial campaigns against AI systems with deep technical assessments
- Design AI-based penetration testing platforms for continuous validation of security
- Grow and manage a high-performing offensive security team with a focus on talent development
- Translate technical findings into comprehensible business risk narratives for stakeholders
- Minimum of 8 years in offensive security, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
- Experience in attacking AI/ML systems, including adversarial ML research and LLM red teaming
- Proven ability to build and scale an offensive security program from scratch or mature existing initiatives
- Deep understanding of modern threat landscapes, particularly in cloud-native and AI-native environments
- Hands-on experience with AI-augmented pentesting tools and offensive AI red team frameworks
- Strong communication skills with an ability to present complex concepts in an engaging manner
- Engineering background with a focus on automated testing and exploit validation
