Segment (Twilio) is seeking a Design Systems Lead to own and bootstrap an intuitive semantic token system across mobile, web, and React surfaces. You’ll live in Git Hub managing the repo while staying fluent in Figma to keep design and engineering in sync and coherent as the product scales.
You’ll define governance for contributions, set a high visual quality bar, document clearly, and advocate accessibility and theming as defaults. This is a true 50/50 design-engineer role at scale.
