Plaid is seeking a Fraud and Abuse Operations Analyst in San Francisco to join our Trust & Safety team. You will respond to fraud events, investigate claims, and triage incidents, partnering with product and engineering to tighten defenses and protect users.
You will participate in on-call rotations, analyze patterns in logs and data, coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and other risk teams, and help translate investigations into actionable detection signals for engineering and data science.
