The Opportunity

Join the team that powers how Hinge Health comes to life for our clients and their members. As a Client Integration Associate
, you’ll sit at the intersection of data operations and Customer Success, managing the file-based data connections and workflows that drive eligibility, marketing, reporting, and more. You’ll be part of the Client Delivery Team, owning end-to-end ingestion, transformation, and maintenance of our file feeds—delivering accurate, timely, and compliant data flows that reduce manual work, accelerate launches, and protect revenue.

What You’ll Accomplish In your first 3 months, you will:
  • Learn Hinge Health’s integration architecture, file standards, and core systems for eligibility, marketing, and reporting.
  • Manage inbound file operations to ensure timely delivery, accurate processing, and data integrity, escalating issues as needed.
  • Maintain organized file systems and documentation, including tracking data providers, formats, delivery schedules, and file storage.
In your first 6 months, you will:
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve data and processing issues to maintain data integrity and meet client expectations.
  • Support partner system integrations to improve user experience, ensuring smooth operations and addressing technical concerns in collaboration with Engineering and other stakeholders.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics such as processing volumes, success rates, and system performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
In your first year and beyond, you will:
  • Partner cross-functionally (Customer Success, Growth/Operations, Revenue Operations, Data/Engineering) to shorten time from data arrival to readiness and raise overall data quality.
  • Manage outbound data‑sharing processes with external partners to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
  • Help refine and automate integration workflows, leveraging AI tools and process improvements to reduce manual work and improve reliability over time.
Who You Are
  • Operative-minded and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership for data quality and reliability.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools, systems, and processes to keep complex data workflows running smoothly.
  • A clear communicator who can coordinate vendors, partners, and internal teams across parallel launches and ongoing maintenance.
  • Collaborate effectively with Engineering teams and cross-functional partners to triage issues and ship fixes quickly.
  • Embodies Hinge Health’s cultural values: a learn-it-all who hustles to find creative solutions, acts with accountability, and leads at all levels by proactively driving alignment and outcomes.
Basic Qualifications
  • Experience working on data integrations in an operational or customer-facing context (e.g., secure file exchange, data normalization, APIs, scheduling/monitoring).
  • Tech-savvy with strong adaptability to work efficiently across various software systems and tools daily.
  • Practical familiarity with file-based workflows and operational hygiene: data mapping, managing configurations, validating test files, and documenting SOPs/runbooks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience at a high-growth technology company.
  • Prior experience working with healthcare-related data feeds.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and workflows to streamline data operations, troubleshooting, and documentation.
  • Technical skills: comfortable working with large datasets and different file types; advanced Excel and basic SQL skills; experience with BI and data visualization tools.
  • Ability to collaborate with Engineering and cross-functional partners to diagnose issues, implement fixes, and improve systems over time.
