AWS is seeking a Startups Go-To-Market Operations (GTM Ops) Lead for our Global Startups GTM Ops team.
The role involves leveraging AI-powered analytics to transform intelligence into actionable guidance for the Startup business, working in a fast-paced, complex environment.
Key Responsibilities- Leverage AI tools and analytics to surface strategic insights from large-scale data across sales coverage, customer segmentation, and competitive dynamics.
- Use AI to accelerate executive responses, automate data analyses, and provide insights that inform leadership decisions.
- Oversee cross‑functional initiatives such as go‑to‑market motions, organizational design, incentive compensation modeling, and resource deployment.
- Apply AI and automation to drive operational planning processes, identify market signal patterns, and continuously improve team efficiency.
- Work directly with sales teams to surface insights, automate repetitive workflows, and deliver results faster.
- Present data‑driven recommendations to senior management.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and influence stakeholders without authority across sales, ops, business development, technical, marketing, partner, finance, HR, and legal.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies.
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for manipulating and analyzing large data sets.
- Experience with GenAI tools, AI agent development, or AI‑powered automation platforms and a track record of driving AI adoption.
- Demonstrated strategic analysis skills, translating data into actionable business recommendations, and presenting to senior leadership.
- Experience working within a high‑growth, technology company.
- Experience in a matrixed environment, influencing strategy, and achieving goals across the organization.
- Strong understanding of Amazon's operational model and mechanisms.
- Demonstrated strategic analysis skills as listed above.
Base salary ranges:
- USA, CA, San Francisco: $96,900.00 – $ per year
- USA, WA, Seattle: $88,100.00 – $ per year
Compensation includes sign‑on payments, restricted stock units, and is determined by experience, qualifications, and location. Benefits include health insurance, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
