Internship : HR Process Automation & AI; students

Support the automation and digitalisation of HR processes by reviewing existing data, implementing AI-enabled solutions and supporting adoption.

• Review and structure existing HR data
• Support data collection and updates
• Identify HR processes suitable for automation
• Build and test AI-enabled HR tools
• Document automated processes and create user guidance

• Analyse HR processes and data flows
• Design and test AI or automation solutions
• Maintain process documentation
• Support communication and adoption of new tools

• 3-rd year Bachelor student in Data, AI, IT, Business Analytics or similar
• Analytical mindset and interest in process improvement
• Basic understanding of automation or AI tools
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team player, proactive, hands-on approach
• Languages:
  
  Fluency in English & Dutch essential
• Excellent MS Office Proficiency
• Ability to multitask effectively and work to tight deadlines
