Role Summary
Sephora is seeking an experienced Sr. Product Manager – Enterprise Data & Reporting to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of AI-driven data and reporting products supporting Supply Chain and Enterprise Analytics. The role will drive the development of intelligent, scalable data products that enable faster business insights, self-service analytics, and AI-powered decision-making across the organization.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in Enterprise Data, Analytics, or Reporting platforms.
• Strong experience managing data products, BI/reporting solutions, and analytics initiatives.
• Experience working with Tableau, Thought Spot, Databricks, Jira, and modern cloud data platforms.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, reporting architecture, and data governance principles.
• Experience partnering with engineering teams using Agile methodologies.
• Exposure to AI-powered productivity and analytics tools such as Copilot, Claude, Databricks Genie, or similar technologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and roadmap planning skills.
• Experience supporting Supply Chain, Retail, or Enterprise Analytics domains is highly preferred.
