We are looking for an experienced Workflow Automation Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals who can analyze business processes, design scalable workflows, and implement automation solutions using leading no-code platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Design, build, and optimize workflow automation solutions for HR, finance, operations, procurement, sales, and other business functions.
- Create routing logic, approval hierarchies, escalation paths, SLA triggers, notifications, and conditional workflows.
- Configure forms, dashboards, reports, permissions, and user access controls.
- Implement integrations with major business systems such as CRM, ERP, HRMS, accounting, communication, and cloud applications.
- Connect tools using APIs, webhooks, middleware, and third-party automation platforms.
- Gather business requirements and convert manual processes into efficient digital workflows.
- Troubleshoot workflow issues, improve performance, and ensure process reliability.
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to deliver automation projects.
- Strong experience in workflow automation, business process automation, or no-code platforms.
- Expertise in routing logic, branching rules, approval matrices, and workflow configurations.
- Good understanding of APIs, integrations, webhooks, and data mapping.
- Experience with forms creation, dashboards, reporting, and user administration.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable workflow solutions.

- Experience in AI workflow creation, intelligent document processing, chatbot automation, OCR workflows, predictive routing, or AI‑powered process automation.
- Knowledge of process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
3+ years of relevant experience in workflow automation, consulting, or process improvement.
