Job Description
Planning, Delivery, and Execution - you will collaborate with engineering and operations peers to deliver both strategic and tactical plans and objectives. You are hands‑on and involved in getting results delivered ensuring timely and high-quality product delivery.
- Customers, Partners, and Collaborators
- You will engage with customers, partners, and internal collaborators to resolve business requirements, technical considerations, and strategic goals. - Be the voice of the customer for those using our solutions and gather and take action on customer feedback.
- Vision, Strategy, & Roadmap
- You help set strategic vision with executive management and the roadmaps needed to get there for your areas of certificate lifecycle automation, secure key management, and high-assurance identity use cases. - Work with engineering to lead the enterprise-wide implementation and modernization of Microsoft ADCS and/or Key Factor based PKI infrastructure, including OCSP, CRLs, and NDES/SCEP.
- Represent your area as a subject matter expert with our internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with security architects and infrastructure/application teams to align PKI solutions with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support and enhance certificate lifecycle management processes for internal clients, devices, and applications.
- Integrate certificate-based authentication across enterprise services, including partnering with infrastructure and platform teams to integrate PKI into CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments, and EDR/SIEM platforms.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on product performance and progress to senior leadership.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field—or equivalent experience. MBA or advanced degree is a bonus.
- 5 years of experience in technical product management or a related role.
- Deep expertise in various cybersecurity domains, especially enterprise PKI, X.509 certificates, asymmetric cryptography, certificate templates, key usages, and trust chains.
- Demonstrated experience in defining technical product requirements into an actionable product roadmap.
- Experience working and delivering product or services in an agile/lean environment.
- Proven ability to define and successfully deliver on product roadmaps.
- Strong understanding of agile product development methodologies.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders in a matrix environment.
- Familiarity with HSM integration, key escrow, and secure enclaves.
- Familiarity with source code management and version control systems (git, perforce).
- Prior knowledge working with system-level features related to platform security, device attestation, will be a plus.
- Experience working with hardware-backed security mechanisms, such as TPM, HSM, or Secure Boot, would be beneficial.
- Broad exposure to various security disciplines and deep understanding of models and reasons behind core security concepts such as MFA, Zero Trust, and securely managing secrets or tokens.
