Sr. Product Manager – Enterprise Data & Reporting

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager – Enterprise Data & Reporting to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of enterprise data, reporting, and analytics products. This role will focus on building scalable data solutions that enable self-service analytics, improve business insights, and support AI-driven decision-making across enterprise teams. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing data products, BI/reporting platforms, analytics initiatives, and cross-functional teams.

The candidate should be comfortable partnering with Engineering, Data, Analytics, and Business stakeholders to deliver modern reporting solutions using cloud data platforms and AI-enabled analytics tools.

• Own and manage the product roadmap, vision, and lifecycle for enterprise data, reporting, and analytics platforms.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements, translating them into detailed product specifications and Jira user stories.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Analytics, and Business teams to deliver scalable reporting and analytics solutions.
• Define product KPIs, success metrics, and adoption strategies to measure business impact.
• Drive data governance, documentation, data quality, and reporting standardization initiatives.
• Promote self-service analytics capabilities and AI-powered reporting solutions across business teams.
• Evaluate and support the adoption of modern AI-enabled analytics tools and technologies.
• Partner with technical teams to translate reporting requirements into Tableau, Thought Spot, and BI platform engineering specifications.
• Establish and improve product management processes, frameworks, and best practices.
• Manage stakeholder communication, product prioritization, and delivery alignment across multiple teams.

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, with a focus on Enterprise Data, Analytics, BI, or Reporting platforms.
• Strong experience managing data products, analytics solutions, and enterprise reporting initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with BI and analytics tools such as Tableau, Thought Spot, or similar platforms.
• Experience working with modern cloud data platforms such as Databricks and related data technologies.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, reporting architecture, data governance, and data quality principles.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and managing product delivery through Jira.
• Exposure to AI-powered analytics and productivity tools such as Databricks Genie, Copilot, Claude, or similar technologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and roadmap planning skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.

• Experience supporting Supply Chain, Retail, or Enterprise Analytics environments.
• Experience building AI-enabled data products and self-service analytics solutions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise reporting ecosystems and data-driven decision-making processes.

This is an onsite role in San Francisco, CA. Candidates should have strong Product Management experience in enterprise data and analytics platforms, along with exposure to AI-enabled reporting and modern BI technologies.
