Product Manager

Uncover and validate product opportunities through customer feedback, behavioral data, and stakeholder collaboration. Design and implement data collection strategies to evaluate product performance and user behavior. Utilize SQL to extract and analyze data, identifying trends and opportunities for product enhancement. Conduct A/B testing to measure the impact of new features and optimize user experiences. Gather and analyze business requirements through collaboration with cross‑functional teams and market research.

Create detailed product documentation including functional specifications, wireframes, and product flows. Translate business needs into technical requirements and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure feasibility. Manage product backlogs, prioritize feature development, and ensure timely delivery of product milestones. Collaborate with stakeholders from engineering, marketing, operations, and customer support to define project goals and deliverables. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical architecture and integration points.

Monitor real‑time data and system performance to detect and address operational issues promptly. Implement and refine workflows to streamline account opening, verification, and support processes. Analyze customer feedback and support tickets to drive continuous improvement.

May telecommute from any location in the United States.

• Education:
  
  Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• Experience:
  
  Two (2) years of experience in the job offered, or in a data analytics related occupation.
• Skills:
  
  Experience with Data Visualization, Data Modeling, Data Analysis, A/B Testing;
  Python and SQL Programming Languages;
  Business Intelligence Product to Drive Marketing Optimization;
  Working with 3rd party vendors to implement Customer Data Platform Solutions; and designing and implementing product features for customer marketing and servicing solutions.
