Data Transformation Lead
Driving progress, solving problems, and mentoring more junior team members; deeper expertise and applied knowledge within relevant area.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.
Preferred qualifications:
1 year of experience with marketing measurement and attribution techniques (e.g., offline measurement, MMM, MTA, attribution) and Google advertising products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, etc.). 1 year of client-facing experience, with a track record of influencing across levels. Knowledge of SQL, databases, and basic automation techniques (e.g., dashboards, automating custom reports, materializing tables). Ability to analyze large datasets and distill them into actionable insights that are presented in a logical and compelling story.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with comfort delivering simple and compelling stories to audiences of all levels.

Our Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams partner closely with many big advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video, and display to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences. The Data, Measurement, and Analytics team partners alongside LCS sellers to help solve complex problems as trusted data, measurement, and analytics advisors to influence business decisions and prove Google's value through data and infrastructure expertise.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $108000 - $155000 (USD) + 40% bonus target + equity + benefits
