Town is hiring our founding Customer Enablement hire to drive onboarding, enablement, and training that helps customers extract real value from Town’s AI-powered platform. You’ll own the answer to how customers get the most from Town, from onboarding newcomers to upskilling whole teams across customer accounts.
You’ll collaborate with sales, marketing, and product leadership to build curricula, playbooks, and internal Champion programs that scale across orgs and drive adoption.
