• Own the end‑to‑end delivery of complex solution life cycles, ensuring scalable, secure, and innovative architectures.
• Lead technical strategy and advocacy, driving technical discussions with customer teams, validating decisions against AWS best practices.
• Build reusable, adoption‑ready technical content—sample code, blogs, workshops, and presentations—to empower teams.
• Forge consensus across stakeholders by articulating clear technical and strategic visions, resolving conflicts, and aligning cross‑functional teams.
• Accelerate adoption through reuse, identifying opportunities to modularize solutions and leverage existing assets.
• Engage customers and internal stakeholders in solutioning sessions, designing architectures for complex media workloads, and building proof of concepts.

Your day begins with stakeholder meetings to align on customer priorities, followed by customer calls to discuss technical architecture and solution options. You’ll experiment with new services to address specific challenges, document findings, and later consult with teams to craft and prove architectures. The day concludes with evangelizing best practices to both internal teams and customers.

The team partners with premier travel and hospitality customers, pushing the boundaries of cloud capabilities. Working alongside passionate technologists, you’ll solve complex problems and help customers deliver exceptional content experiences to millions worldwide.

• 8+ years of experience in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data & analytics.
• 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting experience in applications and infrastructures.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent.
• Proven ability to communicate across technical and non‑technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders.

• Experience architecting or operating solutions built on AWS.
• Knowledge of software development tools and methodologies.
• Relevant AWS Cloud Technology Certification (e.g., Solutions Architecture, Cloud Security Professional or Cloud Dev Ops Engineering).
• Experience in a technical role within a sales organization.
