Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) for AWS Enterprise Support in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will act as the principal technical advisor to large organizations, guiding architecture, deployment, and ongoing optimization of AWS workloads.
You will collaborate with engineering and service teams to drive adoption, influence senior stakeholders, and ensure operational health and resilience of customers’ AWS environments. Travel up to 10% may be required.
