Role Overview:
We’re seeking a Senior AI Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and maintain the infrastructure that powers our AI-driven recruiting solutions. You’ll play a critical role in scaling our platform to handle the complexities of end-to-end recruiting processes.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure to support our suite of AI agents.
- Optimize machine learning pipelines for performance, reliability, and security.
- Collaborate with AI researchers and software engineers to deploy models into production.
- Develop automation tools for deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and security best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, preferably with AI/ML systems.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or similar languages.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks like Tensor Flow or PyTorch.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
