Compensation: $65,000 – $70,000 per year

Job Summary

Aaratech Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst – Insurance to support business operations through data-driven insights. In this role, you will analyze insurance data, identify trends, and develop reports that support underwriting, claims, risk management, and business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze insurance-related datasets from multiple sources.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor claims, policies, and business performance.
• Identify trends and provide insights to improve operational efficiency and risk management.
• Collaborate with business, finance, underwriting, and IT teams to support data-driven decisions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reporting quality.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Strong experience with SQL, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools.
• Experience working with insurance, claims, or policy-related data is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar Business Intelligence tools.
• Knowledge of insurance analytics, claims reporting, and risk analysis.
• Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
• Experience working with SQL databases and reporting tools.
• Any certifications such as Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate, Tableau Desktop Specialist, or Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate are a plus.
