We are seeking an ERP Consultant to design, implement, and optimize healthcare ERP systems that improve operational efficiency across healthcare organizations.

In this role, you will work with healthcare clients to understand their operational workflows and translate them into structured ERP solutions. You will support system implementation, configuration, integration, and optimization of healthcare enterprise systems.

You will collaborate with engineering, product, and clinical stakeholders across the United States to deliver scalable healthcare ERP solutions.

• Implement ERP systems for healthcare organizations.
• Configure modules for clinical, financial, and operational workflows.
• Customize ERP solutions based on healthcare requirements.
• Support deployment and system rollout activities.

• Analyze healthcare operational workflows and improve efficiency.
• Map clinical and administrative processes into ERP systems.
• Reduce manual processes through automation and system design.
• Improve data flow between departments and systems.

• Integrate ERP systems with EHR/EMR platforms and SaaS tools.
• Support API-based data exchange between healthcare systems.
• Ensure seamless interoperability across digital health platforms.
• Validate system accuracy and data consistency.
• Work directly with healthcare organizations and clients.
• Gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide training and support for ERP system users.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and healthcare stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, CS, Business, Healthcare Admin, or related field.
• Experience in ERP systems implementation, consulting, or enterprise software.
• Strong understanding of business, finance, or administrative workflows.
• Experience with software configuration, module testing, and system deployment.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and process mapping skills.

• Experience in US healthcare, hospital, or clinical SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare regulatory frameworks.
• Experience implementing hospital or clinical ERP modules (Workday, Oracle Health).
• Exposure to EHR/EMR integration projects (Epic, Cerner).
• Understanding of healthcare billing, coding, and operational procurement systems.

Configure Supply Chain and General Ledger modules for multi-hospital networks.

Map surgical scheduler dependencies, medical supply lists, and nurse rosters.

Audit and optimize administrative patient check-in bottlenecks and vendor records.

Design APIs matching surgical codes and clinical logs into operational supply sheets.

Deploy dynamic HL7 billing interfaces to automatically reconcile service codes.

Automate purchase orders and receipt matches based on clinic threshold counts.
