Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel.

• Epic resource will be responsible to implement, build, maintain and optimize Epic integration systems leveraging Epic skills.
• Have knowledge of the Epic EMR software, operations and workflow, and work closely with the project team’s clinical leaders to translate business needs into EMR functionality and enhancements.
• Have prior experience in working with various interfaces and related integrations.
• Work with clinics to identify gaps, provide mutually agreeable solutions to close workflow gaps.
• Design, build, test and implement Epic integration application systems.
• Work with clinicians to create or adapt written protocols.
• Be able to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to prevailing issues.

• Minimum 5 years of work experience.
• Healthcare and EHR experience, with a focus on Tapestry UM and Claims Epic experience.
• Strong hands‑on implementation experience in Tapestry UM and Claims.
• Tapestry UM Epic certification is required.
• Strong understanding of Tapestry workflows, clinical operations, and IT strategy.
• High School Diploma or GED.

• Ambulatory and Inpatient experience is preferred.
• Experience contributing to EHR implementation plans, scope and timelines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with diverse groups of client, team members, managers and vendors.
