About Navora
Navora is building the future of postpartum support.
Every year, millions of moms leave the hospital with questions, uncertainty, and little continuous support during one of the biggest transitions of their lives. We’re changing that.
Navora is an AI-powered postpartum recovery platform that helps moms understand their recovery, make sense of symptoms and discharge instructions, receive proactive check-ins, involve their support circle, and connect with trusted postpartum resources when they need additional care.
We’re an early-stage startup building alongside moms, doulas, OBs, labor & delivery teams, therapists, and maternal health organizations to create a better postpartum experience.
We’re now looking for our first growth hire.
About the RoleWe’re not looking for someone to manage social media.
We’re looking for someone obsessed with growth.
Someone who wakes up thinking about user acquisition. Someone who sees opportunities everywhere—whether that’s a viral Tik Tok, an Instagram Reel, a Reddit thread, a creator partnership, a local event, or a community that hasn’t discovered Navora yet.
You’ll own our organic growth strategy from day one.
Your mission is simple:
Help as many moms as possible discover Navora.
You’ll experiment constantly, test new ideas, measure what works, and help build one of the most trusted brands in maternal health.
What You’ll Do- Own Navora’s organic growth strategy.

- Create and execute content strategies that drive awareness and user acquisition.
- Turn conversations with moms into content people genuinely want to share.
- Build relationships with creators, doulas, therapists, hospitals, and maternal health organizations.
- Develop referral, ambassador, and community-led growth programs.
- Test new acquisition channels and growth experiments every week.
- Analyze performance, learn quickly, and double down on what works.
- Help define how Navora grows from hundreds of moms to thousands.
- You think like a founder, not just a marketer.
- You’re obsessed with growth and user acquisition.
- You’re constantly studying why things go viral and how communities grow.
- You don’t wait for permission—you take initiative.
- You love experimenting and aren’t afraid to fail quickly.
- You’re creative, resourceful, and highly self-directed.
- You can think strategically and execute at a high level.
- You thrive in fast-moving startup environments.
- Experience growing an early-stage startup.
- Experience building an audience organically.
- Experience in healthcare, women’s health, parenting, or consumer products.
- Strong storytelling and content creation skills.
- Existing relationships with creators or online communities.
Success isn’t measured by how many posts you publish.
Success is measured by impact.
- More moms discovering Navora.
- More conversations turning into users.
- More referrals.
- More trust.
- Sustainable, organic growth.
This is a Founding role.
Compensation is equity-only until Navora’s first funding round, at which point the role will transition to a competitive salary in addition to your equity.
We’re looking for someone who believes in the mission, wants meaningful ownership, and is excited to help build a category-defining company from the ground up.
Why Join Navora? You’ll have the opportunity to help shape not only the growth strategy, but the future of the company itself.
As one of our earliest team members, your ideas, creativity, and execution will directly influence how thousands—and eventually millions—of moms discover and experience Navora.
If you’re energized by building from zero, love solving hard growth problems, and want your work to have a meaningful impact on families, we’d love to hear from you.
