We've unlocked a market opportunity worth $700B+. Within a couple of months of starting, we were working with Fortune 500 customers who had a real and urgent need for what we're building. We're seeing sizable market demand and real customer love for the problems we're tackling.
We're hiring our first Solutions Architect to own the technical backbone of how Fragment connects to enterprise customers. Every deal we close runs through a customer's IT organization: architecture reviews, security questionnaires, integration design, and then the actual work of connecting Fragment to their systems of record. Today, our first integrations run against customer SAP instances — each one unique, each one critical to revenue.
You'll be the person who walks into those rooms with credibility, gets customer IT to yes, and then delivers the integration yourself. This is the first role of its kind at Fragment, and it directly determines how fast deals close and how fast customers go live.
You’ll work in lockstep with the Account Executive driving the deal and the Agent Strategist who owns the deployment. They own the business conversation; you own the technical one.
Company HighlightsThe Team: Our CEO previously led and scaled three of Zoom's products past $300M in revenue, and our CTO is an ex-AI researcher who has spent his entire career in enterprise AI, leading engineering teams from seed through Series C. The broader team includes repeat VC-backed founders, Caltech PhDs, former quants, chess masters, Six Sigma Master Black Belts, and one very enthusiastic Bonsai grower.
Market Demand: We have several Fortune 500 customers, mid-8-figures in active pipeline, and customers actively championing us to their networks. Our marketing and CAC to get here has been $0.
Hypergrowth: 30x revenue growth in the first half of this year, with the majority of our pipeline coming from customer references.
Product: We pride ourselves on our depth of our experience building agents, and on our continued diligence in leveraging the latest technology. We hold a high bar of excellence that starts with the founding team.
Every large enterprise runs procurement software. Coupa, SAP Ariba, Jaggaer, GEP. These systems digitize the process, but they don't resolve exceptions. When a 3-way match fails, when a change order hits after goods receipt, when a duplicate invoice slips through across ERPs, those platforms route the problem to a human. The human investigates, makes a judgment call, and closes the loop.
That's why organizations have large work forces doing work that is repetitive, rules-based, and high-volume, rather than the high-value strategic work.
Fragment replaces that repetitive non-value work with AI agents that actually resolve exceptions end to end. Not routing. Not flagging. Resolution. Our platform reasons across ERP systems, procurement documents, supplier data, custom databases, SaaS solutions, and tribal knowledge simultaneously. It doesn't require a rip-and-replace. It doesn't need months of integration work. It deploys on top of whatever systems a customer already runs and starts resolving exceptions autonomously.
In deployments with Fortune 500 customers, we've realized dramatic reductions in the amount of time a buyer and an AP analyst spend chasing exceptions every day. We are the only company that profits from procurement process exceptions going to zero.
What You'll DoPre-Sales Technical Leadership. Join active deals alongside the AE and Agent Strategist as the technical authority in the room. Run architecture discussions with customer IT, explain exactly how Fragment connects to their ERP landscape, and scope integration feasibility before the contract is signed. When a customer's enterprise architect asks how we handle their heavily customized SAP instance, you're the person with a credible, specific answer.
Security & IT Reviews. Own the security review track that can make or break enterprise deal timelines. Drive infosec questionnaires, data residency and access-control discussions, network and firewall design conversations, and compliance reviews from first call to sign-off. You know this motion,…
