Role Overview A multinational beauty retail client is seeking a Product Manager for the Digital Personalization Product Team. The role involves partnering with cross-functional teams, including software engineering, data science, and marketing, to execute a strategic roadmap. The Product Manager will ensure technology teams have clear requirements, specifications, and designs, and will collaborate with business and technical teams to reach consensus.

This position involves ensuring deliverables meet expectations, prioritizing enhancements, and managing defects with developers.

Key Responsibilities
* Execute the product roadmap and create buy-in across key stakeholders.
* Collaborate with internal business partners to refine requirements, define enhancements, and determine prioritization.
* Develop and maintain partnerships with Developers, UX, and Design.
* Work with Project Management and IT organizations for sprint and board management processes.
* Align with cross-functional teams during the product development life cycle.
* Champion the needs of business and marketing teams and partner with IT on development, testing, and implementation.
* Participate in the daily review, triage, and prioritization of bugs and attend daily standup meetings.
* Identify and negotiate user stories for sprint cycles.
* Monitor JIRA boards and reports to support engineering and QA teams.
* Communicate updates and process changes to the broader Product Management Team.
* Partner with teams to develop metrics to measure the success of program features and analyze results.

Required Qualifications
* 2-5+ years of experience in agile product management with a history of launching digital products.
* Demonstrated experience with agile methodology, tools, and managing a product backlog, ideally for personalization features.
* Knowledge of machine learning models and their applications in e-commerce, such as recommendation systems and customer segmentation.
* Experience in owning and building out re-usable frameworks across multiple teams.
* A firm understanding of the front-end capabilities of e-commerce, mobile apps, and websites is preferred.
* Superior relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills within cross-functional teams.
* Highly motivated, self-sufficient, and able to operate effectively without close supervision.
* Ability to identify and understand user problems and recommend practical solutions.
* A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
* Enthusiasm for staying updated on trends in artificial intelligence and machine learning.
* Ability to be nimble and flexible with changing priorities and business needs.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication.
* Intermediate to advanced proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, and communication platforms like Slack or MS Teams.
* BA/BS degree is required. Prior experience in a retail/eCommerce environment is preferred.
