Sr. Manager, Growth & Lifecycle Measurement (B2B Marketing)

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a Linked In office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. This role is based in either New York, San Francisco, Mountain View, or Chicago.
Linked In's Marketing Measurement team helps the business make better investment decisions by measuring the impact of marketing and translating those insights into planning, optimization, and growth strategies across Linked In's products and businesses. This role supports Linked In Talent Solutions by leading two complementary measurement programs that tie into the business need for capturing the impact of marketing on new and existing customers.
The role will require the management of vendor-supported and in-house model builds.
This role combines strategic leadership, hands-on model ownership, and cross-functional influence. You will own the strategic application of the vendor-supported MMM while building, operating, and evolving the in-house lifecycle model. Together, these programs provide a comprehensive view of how marketing drives both customer acquisition and long-term customer value.

- BA/BS in Finance, Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, STEM, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing analytics, measurement, or strategy.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience applying Marketing Mix Modeling.
- Experience with marketing analytics platforms, scenario planning, or MMM software.
- Experience using incrementality testing or other causal measurement approaches.
- Experience with customer lifecycle, retention, or growth measurement.
- Experience applying measurement to planning, optimization, and investment decisions.
- Experience translating complex analytical findings into executive recommendations and decision-ready communications.
- Strong executive communication and data storytelling skills.
- Experience leading through influence in ambiguous environments.

The pay range for this role is $170,000 to $278,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
