AWS is looking for solutions architects to help high‑growth Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) build better businesses and products on AWS, thereby driving adoption within AWS’ strategic ISV segment.

• Design, build, and migrate applications, software, and services on the AWS platform.
• Provide architectural guidance and recommendations on running applications efficiently and reliably on AWS.
• Assist ISVs with defining technical strategies to present their offerings on the AWS platform.
• Participate in deep architectural discussions and design exercises to create world‑class solutions built on AWS.
• Author or contribute to AWS customer‑facing publications such as white papers and blog articles.
• Share customer feedback with internal product management and engineering teams.
• In partnership with the sales team, formulate and execute sales strategies to exceed revenue objectives through the AWS platform; this includes presentations, proof of concepts, demos, and hands‑on evaluations.
• Build deep relationships with senior technical individuals within customers to enable them to be cloud advocates.
• Capture and share best‑practice knowledge within the AWS solutions architect community.

• 8+ years of experience in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data & analytics.
• 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting experience in applications or infrastructures.
• 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience in the software or Internet industries.

• 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking experience.
• Experience working with end‑user or developer communities.
