mimic seeks an AI Research Engineer (Robot Learning) to drive frontier AI model development and data flywheel project management for dexterous robotic manipulation. You will shape end-to-end AI models for robotics—from large-scale pre-training to fine-tuning and evaluation—and oversee the data flywheel process in real world settings.
You will co-lead AI engineering and science with the founders, collaborating with the Robotics and Hardware teams to ensure efficient deployment on real robots.
