You will be at the forefront of analyzing performance, crafting experiments, and translating insights into actionable strategies that guide our social and influencer channels.

• Assess performance across organic social, influencer partnerships, and paid social to find opportunities for improvement.
• Support experiment development (e.g., creative, audience, influencer selection) and evaluate results.
• Define and evolve optimizable metrics (e.g., engagement rate, cost efficiency) to guide day-to-day decisions.
• Set quarterly targets, monitor weekly performance, and deliver actionable insights to channel owners and marketing collaborators.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for content, messaging, and creator strategy.
• Build scorecards and visualization tools to enable ongoing performance tracking and faster iteration.
• Collaborate closely with Organic Social, Influencer, and Paid Social teams to coordinate priorities and insights.

• 5+ years in applied data science, analytics, or growth-focused roles with experience in social or digital marketing.
• Strong bias toward action, translating data into changes that improve content and campaign performance.
• Experience with social marketing metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversion) and basic attribution concepts.
• Structured problem solver who can break down questions and deliver practical recommendations.
• Ability to translate analysis into clear mentorship for non-technical partners (e.g., content creators, marketers).
• Strong collaboration skills; comfortable partnering closely with channel owners and marketing teams.

• Experience working with social media platforms, influencer campaigns, or paid social analytics.
• Familiarity with analyzing content performance or unstructured data (e.g., captions, comments) with emerging AI capabilities.
• Exposure to experimentation (A/B testing) and basic measurement concepts (Incrementality, Attribution, etc.).

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $109,000 -- $200,700 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work location and may also depend on…
