  • Perform feature engineering, model selection, hyperparameter tuning, and validation
  • Work on end-to-end ML pipelines, including data preprocessing, model deployment, and monitoring
  • Collaborate with software engineers to integrate models into production-ready systems
  • Conduct A/B testing and performance evaluations to optimize model accuracy and efficiency

  • 2–5 years of professional experience in machine learning, data science, or a similar role
  • Strong coding skills in Python (and libraries like pandas, Num Py, scikit-learn, etc.)
  • Proficiency in at least one deep learning framework (e.g., Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Keras)
  • Experience working with structured and unstructured data, including large-scale datasets
  • Solid understanding of ML algorithms, statistics, and model evaluation metrics
  • Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for AI deployment
  • Experience with NLP or Computer Vision projects
Perks & Benefits
  • Competitive salary performance-based bonuses
  • Remote-first work environment (with optional hybrid spaces)
  • Annual learning & development stipend
  • Opportunities to work on high-impact, global AI projects
  • Access to exclusive AI/ML research and training sessions
  • Paid time off company-wide wellness days
  • Collaborative, inclusive team culture focused on innovation and growth
  • Health and wellness benefits (country-specific)

If you are excited about solving complex problems with machine learning, enjoy working in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment, and want to help shape the future of AI — we would love to hear from you.
