Job Summary:
We are seeking an AI Enablement & Adoption Coordinator to support client's Office of AI in driving enterprise-wide AI learning and adoption initiatives. This role will manage AI learning platforms, coordinate training programs and events, support the AI Champions network, track adoption metrics, and collaborate across teams to ensure the successful rollout of AI enablement programs for thousands of employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the AI Learning Management System (LMS), including course assignments, content uploads, badge tracking, and user support.
- Coordinate AI learning events, communications, registrations, scheduling, and post-event follow-up activities.
- Support the AI Champions program by onboarding participants, managing communications, and tracking engagement across business units.
- Organize, maintain, and update AI learning content, documentation, and educational resources.
- Monitor AI learning progress, badge completion, and adoption metrics; prepare reports and dashboards for leadership.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support AI communications, learning initiatives, and enterprise-wide adoption programs.
- Troubleshoot LMS access issues and ensure a seamless learner experience.
- Assist with continuous improvement of AI learning operations and enablement processes.
Must-have
Skills:
- Experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS) or similar learning platform.
- Strong program coordination, organizational, and project management skills.
- Experience coordinating training programs, learning events, or enterprise enablement initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Experience tracking program metrics and preparing reports using Excel, SharePoint, or similar tools.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage operational processes efficiently.
- Genuine interest in AI technologies and enterprise AI adoption programs.
Nice-to-have
Skills:
- Experience supporting AI adoption, digital transformation, or change management initiatives.
- Experience managing ambassador, champion, or community engagement programs.
- Knowledge of AI learning platforms, enterprise collaboration tools, or knowledge management systems.
- Experience with reporting dashboards and analytics tools.
- Background supporting large-scale enterprise learning or organizational enablement programs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting enterprise learning, talent development, or AI enablement initiatives.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Excel reporting.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in technology or corporate learning environments.
