For our client, we are seeking a Director AI Transformation to join the team of a leader in the Legal & Accounting space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Legal & Accounting environment.
Location:
San Francisco, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $245,000 – $360,000 annually
- Lead internal communications for AI initiatives, product launches, and employee engagement
- Collaborate with Marketing to enhance the firm's external AI and innovation strategy
- Ensure consistent AI messaging across teams and align with firm leadership
- Represent the firm in legal innovation and technology communities at industry events
- Develop enterprise change management strategies for successful technology adoption
- Support practice groups in embracing new technologies and operational processes
- Coordinate departmental operations including planning, reporting, and team alignment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Law, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred
- 10+ years of experience in communications or change management, including leadership in large initiatives
- Experience in a law firm or professional services with focus on stakeholder engagement and change
- Proven track record of leading tech-related transformation initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Exceptional communication skills for effectively conveying complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience in managing digital workplace or communication platforms, focusing on strategy and performance
- Strong understanding of AI-related client requirements and RFP processes in a professional environment
