Senior UX Designer: Lead Enterprise SaaS & Mentorship

APPIT Software Solutions is hiring a Senior UX Designer in San Francisco, USA. Lead UX design for complex enterprise products at APPIT Software in San Francisco, driving user-centered design strategy and mentoring junior designers to elevate the overall design quality.

• Lead end-to-end UX design for key product initiatives from discovery through delivery
• Define information architecture, user flows, and interaction patterns for complex workflows
• Conduct and synthesize user research including interviews, surveys, and competitive analysis
• Develop and evangelize UX best practices, standards, and design principles across the organization
• Mentor junior and mid-level designers through design critiques and one-on-one coaching
• Partner with product managers and engineers to define product strategy and prioritize design efforts

• 6+ years of UX design experience with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role
• Deep expertise in user research methodologies, usability testing, and data-driven design
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Fig Jam, and prototyping tools
• Experience designing complex enterprise SaaS or B2B applications
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into clear, intuitive user experiences
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders

• Experience with design ops and scaling design processes
• Background in cognitive psychology or human-computer interaction
• Experience with AI-powered product design
