SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated BA (SFO CA) with experience in the cryptocurrency, blockchain, or financial services domain. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and supporting the delivery of innovative blockchain and crypto-based solutions.
Candidates with prior experience in crypto exchanges, digital wallets, blockchain platforms, or banking innovation initiatives are strongly preferred.
Required Experience- 2 5 years of Business Analyst experience in Financial Services, Fin Tech, Payments, or Cryptocurrency.
- Hands-on experience working with Agile product teams.
- Experience with blockchain, digital assets, crypto exchanges, or payment infrastructure is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in BFSI, Crypto, or Web3 environments is preferred.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with product owners, engineering teams, QA, and business stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables.
- Analyze current business processes and recommend process improvements.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirement elicitation sessions, and solution discussions.
- Support Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Ensure business requirements align with technical implementation and regulatory standards.
- Assist in solution validation and post-implementation support.

- Gap analysis and solution recommendations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Ability to understand and interpret REST APIs and JSON data
- Basic understanding of smart contracts and blockchain architecture
