• Lead the design and development of user interfaces using React.js.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure a cohesive user experience across platforms.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX development, with a focus on React.js.
• Proven leadership abilities in a technical environment.
• Experience in the financial services industry is strongly preferred.
• Local candidates from the San Ramon, CA or San Francisco Bay Area only.
• Availability for onsite work three days a week is mandatory.

• Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Experience with accessibility standards and best practices.

• Proficiency in React.js and related technologies.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Experience with responsive web design and mobile-first development.
