Zones – First Choice for IT is seeking a Field Services Technician to support customer endpoints, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. The role requires travel to customer locations and adherence to onboarding/offboarding processes.
Responsibilities include deploying systems, managing day-to-day end-user devices, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring devices meet SLAs. A health clearance for TB, SARS-CoV2, flu, MMR, Varicella and Tdap is required.
